If you spot a problem with Processing, please let us know.

Where to Report

There are two main places to report issues:

Problems with the web site (processing.org), examples, and reference pages should be reported to the processing/processing-docs repository.

Problems with the Processing software itself (including IDE and renderer) should be reported to the processing/processing repository.

For all other issues, visit Processing on GitHub and look for the appropriate repository. Make sure the problem has to do with Processing and not a third-party library or application.

How to be Helpful

To write an effective issue report:

• Be precise
• Be clear (explain it so others can reproduce the bug)
• Include only one bug per report
• No bug is too trivial to report (small bugs may hide big bugs)
• Clearly separate fact from speculation

Please do not report bugs on the forum; they will be deleted.
