🚀 scilpy 2.3.0 is out!

We're happy to announce the release of scilpy 2.3.0!

This release brings a solid mix of bug fixes, quality-of-life improvements, performance enhancements, and several new features across the toolkit. While this is a relatively incremental release, it lays important groundwork for what's coming next.
