LATEST VERSION

First official release of the open distribution. It carries the Connected Cars Portal API surface described in the framework documentation: account and vehicles, trips and driving analytics, notifications, beacons and firmware, consents and GDPR, places, fuel, social connections and G-Zone gamification.

  • Two facades over one session. PortalApi is a Kotlin object whose calls are suspend functions returning typed results. PortalApiClient is the Java singleton that still owns places and rules, fuel, service jobs, badges and challenges, and avatar image upload.
  • Consent bodies are a single class, ConsentSetBody in com.scope.portalapiclient.models.consent. Its policyId is optional: leave it unset to act on the signed in user, and the field is omitted from the request rather than sent as null.
  • G-Zone responses arrive as model classes rather than raw JSON, so GZoneRound.isCompleted and the …DateTime properties are available without parsing.
  • Code written for an individual customer is not part of this distribution. The generic equivalents are.
  • Builds against shared-classes 1.1.6 and portal-api-base 1.2.9.
  • The instrumentation test suite carries no host and no account. Pass them as instrumentation arguments: -Pandroid.testInstrumentationRunnerArguments.serverUrl=, .username=, .password=. Without them the suite skips.
