v0.1.14 — Developer workflow documentation

Documentation-only patch. Application behavior, dependencies and the default Whistle transcription engine are unchanged.

  • Persist the required isolated native headless Codex workflow for DeepSeek coding: exact deepseek-v4.1-flash:1017-cloud, thinking off, no silent harness/model fallback.
  • Update README, user manual, integration manual, installation guide and website to the current core release.
  • Optional fonts stay at 0.1.6; existing published distributions are reused.
  • The latest verified Windows installer remains v0.1.13, with its matching FFmpeg sources and notices. This documentation patch does not rebuild or relabel that executable.

Native/transcription evidence remains attributed to v0.1.13 and earlier; no new accuracy or four-hour soak claim is made.
