War Bells v0.15.0 — proper gain-staging (the real fix behind the limiter).

The clipping wasn't really a limiter problem — the delay and reverb were summed at full level, so
space-heavy patches compounded past the rails. Now the space bus has headroom (delay+reverb scaled
together, so their balance/texture is unchanged), the presets sit at healthy levels with room to
spare, and the tape limiter is back to being a rare safety net instead of always-on.

Note: space-heavy patches you made before will be a bit quieter — nudge Space/Mix up; the texture is
