War Bells v0.18.0 — robustness, done properly.

Rebuilt the safety from the inside out instead of leaning on the output limiter: blocked DC in the
reverb (high-feedback combs were amplifying it ~16x into a headroom-eating offset), switched the
shimmer feedback from a hard clamp to soft saturation (no more clamp-fold crackle), and added
denormal flushing so tails can't stall the CPU. Plus a real test harness that stress-tests the engine
(every preset, parameter sweeps, worst-case combos, random combinations) and scores each artifact
type — clicks, DC, aliasing, harshness, runaway, true-peak — tracked against a baseline so this can't
regress. 0 artifacts across 97 cases.
