Projects

This program will generate a lot of individual "projects", each with an assigned leader. Given the limited proprietary nature of the data, and our obligation to disseminate data products to the community, these projects will be broken down into two tiers: Priority A implies first results (with a publication timeframe of <1 year from data delivery), and Priority B means projects that can approach more lengthy/involved efforts over (relatively) unrestricted release timeframes.
