Installation

Homebrew (Recommended)

Configuration

Config file location:

• macOS/Linux: ~/.config/dktop/config.yaml
• Windows: %APPDATA%\dktop\config.yaml

Daemon Mode

The daemon mode monitors your autostart containers and ensures they stay running:

dktop daemon

When a container in the autostart list stops, the daemon will automatically restart it.

You can toggle autostart for individual containers in the TUI using the a key, which:

1. Adds/removes the container from the config's autostart list
2. Sets the Docker restart policy to always or no

Requirements

• Docker daemon running and accessible
  • macOS: Docker Desktop
  • Linux: Docker Engine or Docker Desktop
  • Windows: Docker Desktop with WSL 2

Building
