Chuckle v1.1.0: Enhanced Joke Selection

I'm excited to announce the release of Chuckle v1.1.0, which brings new features to improve your experience with chuckle

New Features

-type Flag:
- You can now specify the type of joke you want to hear. Simply use the -type flag followed by the joke type
```
chuckle -type programming
```
- Available joke types are dynamic, and chuckle will display whatever types are available in the Official_Joke_API
-list-types Flag:
- Not sure what types of jokes are available? Use the new -list-types flag to see a list of all supported joke categories
```
chuckle -list-types
```
- This will display all the joke types you can pass in as an argument in -type flag
