A v* tag now also publishes @send0/sdk, @send0/mcp, @send0/ai-sdk and
@send0/langchain to npm (with provenance) and send0 and langchain-send0
to PyPI (trusted publishing from the pypi environment).

Every published package follows the release tag. scripts/release-version.mjs
sets the versions, and both publish jobs refuse to run unless they match
the tag. This release is 0.2.0, because npm already has an unrelated
@send0/sdk@0.1.0.
