BlindRSS for Android v0.5.0

Settings redesigned: Add provider opens a menu, then a sign-in screen that checks your login before saving. New options: sync off or Wi-Fi only, refresh when the app opens, default playback speed. Providers now sync fully: read and favorite changes both ways, feeds added or removed in the app reach your account, and mark read is sent. Fixes for FreshRSS, Fever, NewsBlur and Inoreader sign-in. Background refresh now starts without a manual refresh, runs faster, and no longer duplicates provider articles.
