First tagged release of clod — a PTY-bridged MCP server that lets a remote Claude drive a live local Claude Code session.

What's in it

  • mcp__clod__run(prompt) — remote-callable tool that injects a prompt into your local claude TUI and returns the final answer
  • Bearer-token auth, persisted to ~/.claude/clod/token
  • Zero runtime config: one command, one binary, prints its own .mcp.json snippet on boot
  • Works on Linux and macOS (amd64 + arm64)

Install

Grab the binary for your platform below, or:

curl -L https://github.com/shero4/clod/releases/download/v0.1.0/clod-linux-amd64 -o clod
chmod +x clod

Requires a working claude on PATH.
