Fixed

• The custom-text and reference-label inputs now accept and display Unicode. Settings.lua is saved as
  UTF-16 so its string marshaling is Unicode-safe, and those two typed values persist to a UTF-16
  UserContent.inc (Variables.inc stays ASCII for the rmskin installer).
• The skin now restores the last shown verse after a Rainmeter restart instead of refetching a new one. The
  verse is saved to a UTF-16 LastVerse.inc (so Unicode text survives), [MeasureQuran] no longer
  downloads on load (Disabled=1; it is enabled on demand), and the skin only fetches on first run.
• Non-ASCII characters in verses (e.g. the ā/ī in "Allāh") no longer show as ?/unknown. RandomAyah.lua
  is saved as UTF-16 LE with a BOM so Rainmeter treats it as Unicode and marshals verse text as UTF-8 across
  the Lua boundary. (The chosen font must have glyphs for the script; Georgia covers Latin.)
• Verses containing quotation marks (e.g. 23:47) are no longer truncated at the first quote. The WebParser
  text group is now greedy so it captures to the real closing quote, and the API's \" / \/ escapes are
  converted back to " / / for display.
• Footnote markers no longer leave a stray digit in the verse: <sup ...>N</sup> blocks are removed whole
  before the general HTML-tag strip.

Added

• Al-Quran Quote Rainmeter skin (GitHub issue #1): a minimal, semi-transparent desktop widget showing a
  random Quran verse (Saheeh International English translation) with its reference.
• Verses are fetched live from the quran.com API v4 verses/random endpoint over a direct connection
  (ProxyServer=/none), so proxy auto-detection (WPAD) cannot hang the download. When the network or the
  request fails, a verse from the bundled quotes.txt is shown instead, cycling through the file
  sequentially. Each line is quote | reference (split on the first |); the reference is shown verbatim,
  so it can be any text, not just a Quran chapter:verse.
• Automatic rotation on a timer (default every 30 minutes), decoupled from the download so toggling
  rotation or changing the duration never refetches the current verse. A next-verse control by the
  reference fetches the next verse on demand.
• Settings panel (opened from an icon on the skin) to change appearance and behavior without editing
  files; changes save to Variables.inc and apply immediately. It is organized into three tabs
  (Text / Panel / Verse), each laid out in two columns:
  • Separate font controls for the Quote (left column) and the Reference (right column) on the Text tab,
    each with font family (a curated clickable list plus a type-any-font input; default Calibri for the
    Quote, Segoe UI for the Reference), a size slider, style buttons (Bold / Regular / Italic), and an
    R/G/B/A color picker with a live preview swatch. The Quote also has a drop-shadow toggle with a shadow
    color picker and X/Y offset sliders, drawn as a manual shadow meter so the offset is adjustable
    (Rainmeter cannot blur live text, so no blur is offered).
  • Background color and opacity via R/G/B sliders with a live preview swatch; colors and opacity can also
    be typed directly.
  • Background opacity (default 50) and border opacity (default 25) sliders.
  • Panel width and height: automatic, or a fixed pixel value.
  • Automatic rotation on/off and the change duration (seconds between verses).
  • Editable reference label (default "Al Quran"), with show/hide toggles for the label and the verse
    number (applied to both fetched and custom verses).
  • Custom verse: show your own text with an optional manual sura and verse number (both nullable) instead
    of a fetched verse; while it is on, rotation pauses and the next-verse control is hidden so the custom
    verse is never overwritten.
  • Online fetch on/off (off by default): when off, load, rotation, and the next-verse control all draw
    from the offline quotes.txt instead of hitting the API. A note under the control explains that
    offline verses are shown on change when no internet connection is available.
  • Online verse language: a click-to-open list of popular languages (English default), including Arabic
    (the original ayah via text_uthmani), plus a "type a translation id" input (with a "browse all
    translation ids" link to the quran.com API) to use any of the ~126 quran.com translations. Non-Latin
    scripts (Arabic, Bengali, Urdu, ...) need a Quote font with their glyphs.
  • Open the offline verses file (quotes.txt) in Notepad to add or edit your own offline verses; edits
    appear on the next verse change with no refresh (the file is re-read each time).
  • A "Change verse" button to show the next verse from the settings panel (handy when the next-verse icon
    is hidden).
  • Show or hide the settings icon and the next-verse icon on the skin, and a Reset to defaults.
  • A "Report an issue or request a feature" link at the bottom of the panel, shown on every tab, that
    opens the GitHub issues page in the browser.
  • Every typed input field notes "(press Enter to apply)" in its tooltip, so it is clear a typed value
    takes effect only on Enter.
• Multiple quote windows, one per screen: a pool of up to 8 windows (the base plus seven pre-shipped clone
  configs under Windows/Wn). A "Quote windows" spinner on the settings Panel tab activates/deactivates the
  extras; each window has its own verse (independent rotation/fetch) and its own styling. The render code is
  single-sourced in a shared @Resources/Quote.inc that every window @Includes; the shared scripts resolve
  the base @Resources via #SKINSPATH# and each window's own state via #CURRENTPATH#. The one settings
  panel edits whichever window's gear opened it (via Target.inc), seeding from and applying to that window.
  The panel header shows "Window N" and the window being edited shows an "Editing: Window N" badge, so it is
  clear which window the settings control. The header shows "editing Window N", and when more than one window
  is active it adds "< Prev" / "Next >" buttons that switch which window the panel edits, so you can retarget
  even when the settings icon is hidden on the windows.
• Appearance and reference changes apply to the running skin live (via !SetVariable) without refetching a
  verse; only Reset refreshes. The reference line is composed in Lua so a hidden part leaves no gap and a
  lone label stays centered.
• Icons (settings, next-verse, close) are drawn as vector shapes so they render regardless of file
  encoding. The settings panel's look lives in its own Settings/@Resources/SettingsTheme.inc, kept
  separate from the skin's variables so editing the skin never restyles the panel.
• All appearance and timing settings centralized in @Resources/Variables.inc.
• .rmskin installer built and attached to the GitHub Release automatically via GitHub Actions
  (.github/workflows/rmskin.yml). RMSKIN.ini is the single source of truth for the version.
