Description

Summary: Redeploys Chatot's commands.

This command forces a refresh of Chatot's commands to all scopes -- guild and global. Useful if Chatot gets removed from a server with guild-specific commands. This process is normally done during startup, so with any luck this command should never be needed (it was at one point, which is why it exists).
