My Treasure Chest Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how "My Treasure Chest" (the "App") handles your information. Our philosophy is simple: Your privacy and your child's safety are our top priority.
We designed this App from the ground up to be a completely safe, self-contained environment. We do not collect, store, or share any of your personal information.
My Treasure Chest collects absolutely no personally identifiable information from you or your child.
Here is a list of what we DO NOT do:
- We DO NOT collect or ask for your name, email address, phone number, or location. The name you enter in the app is only stored on your device and your private iCloud account. We, the developers, never see it.
- We DO NOT use any third-party analytics or tracking services.
- We DO NOT use any advertising (ad) trackers or identifiers (like the IDFA).
- We DO NOT know your balance, your transactions, or how you use the App.
All data you enter into the App (transactions, name, currency preference) is stored in only two places:
- On Your Device: The data is stored locally on your iPhone or iPad in a private database managed by Apple's SwiftData framework.
- In Your Private iCloud (Optional): The App uses Apple's CloudKit to sync your data between your own devices. This is an optional feature controlled entirely by you and your Apple ID settings.
Crucially, we, the developers, do not have access to this data. Your data is not stored on our servers. It is stored exclusively on your device and in your personal, encrypted iCloud account. We cannot see, read, modify, or access any of it.
This App is designed specifically for children (ages 6-8+) and their parents.
- 100% Kid-Safe Content: The App contains no mature themes, violence, inappropriate language, or any content that is not suitable for children.
- No Advertisements: The App is completely free of advertisements. Your child will never be marketed to.
- No In-App Purchases: The App has no in-app purchases, loot boxes, or "premium" features to unlock. All features are 100% free.
- No External Links: The App contains no links to external websites, social media, or other apps where your child could be exposed to unknown content.
We may update this Privacy Policy in the future, for example, if Apple introduces new policies. Any changes will be posted on this page. Since we do not collect your email address, we have no way to notify you directly.
