• Welcome and introductions
• Briefing on purpose, goals, challenges (WLP)
• Game plan and team roles/members (project managers)
• Brainstorming

February 11: Saturday (9:00 to 5:00, breakfast and lunch catered) (Host offices will be open for use by participants from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.)

• Development of work plans (activities, products, milestones) by each team
• Touch base with all teams to discuss work plans
• Teams work separately and collaborate as needed

February 12: Sunday (9:00 to 3:30, breakfast and lunch catered)

• Work time until noon
• Development of presentations until 2:00
• Presentations and discussion from 2:00 to 3:00
• Thanks and recognition
