Offline and unreachable pages, pull to refresh, back closes tab

• Pages that can't load show a "Site can't be reached" page with the address and a Try again button, and "You're offline" when there is no internet
• Pull down at the top of a page to reload it
• Links that open in a new tab or window (such as "Source" links on articles) now open in a new tab instead of doing nothing
• Back on a page with no history closes the tab and moves to its parent or the next tab; only a lone Speed Dial tab minimizes the app
• Closing the last private tab switches to a normal tab right away instead of leaving the private page on screen until the next tap

Open links from other apps, default browser, copy image

• Links, web searches and shared text from other apps open in a new tab; shared text with a link inside opens the first link, other text is searched with the default search engine
• Only http and https links are accepted; javascript:, file:, content:, data:, intent: and about: links from other apps are ignored
• A link opened while the browser is starting appears as the selected tab after your tabs are restored, without an extra Speed Dial tab
• Opening a link from another app closes Settings, the tab switcher or the library so the page is visible
• Links from the same app load in that app's earlier tab instead of opening a new one each time
• Back on a tab opened by another app, before you browse further, closes it and returns to that app
• On the first normal start the browser offers once to become the default browser; Make default opens the system dialog, Not now never asks again
• Settings > Browser shows Set as default browser, or Default browser ✓ with a link to the system settings, and updates when you change it there
• Copy image in the long-press menu puts the image itself on the clipboard, so it can be pasted into other apps

• Settings > One-handed mode (off by default): Settings, Library and the tab switcher put Back and the title at the bottom under the content, with empty space at the top that shrinks as you scroll; Extensions opens with a large title that collapses to the normal header
• In one-handed mode Speed Dial tiles, tabs, short lists and dialogs start from the bottom, the section switcher and tab controls move down, the extension search sits above the keyboard, and the toolbar moves to the bottom
• The tab switcher opens scrolled to the current tab
• Tapping the download notice opens Downloads
• Downloads: stop a running download, or remove any download after a confirmation that can also delete the downloaded file
• Released under the Mozilla Public License 2.0; the README says the project is experimental and used at your own risk

• Settings > App icon: pick the launcher icon colour (Blue, Carbon,
  Purple, Magenta, Teal or Green) with a preview of the icon; the new
  icon appears once you leave the app
• Fullscreen video fills the whole screen: the toolbar, tab strip and
  system bars hide, and Back leaves fullscreen
• Tapping a finished download opens the file in a matching app, with a
  notice when no app can open it
• GitHub releases list the changes from the commit messages since the
  previous release
