Offline and unreachable pages, pull to refresh, back closes tab

• Pages that can't load show a "Site can't be reached" page with the address and a Try again button, and "You're offline" when there is no internet
• Pull down at the top of a page to reload it
• Links that open in a new tab or window (such as "Source" links on articles) now open in a new tab instead of doing nothing
• Back on a page with no history closes the tab and moves to its parent or the next tab; only a lone Speed Dial tab minimizes the app
• Closing the last private tab switches to a normal tab right away instead of leaving the private page on screen until the next tap
