feat(quickbooks): add accountant filters

Summary

• add bounded Create Employee and Update Employee operations without exposing payroll, tax, bank, or government-ID fields
• add Transaction List reporting with typed accountant controls and extend existing readers with safe typed filters
• support Customer Payment for email and PDF document operations
• keep the integration bounded: fixed entities/endpoints, max 100 results, no raw queries, return-all, automatic pagination, deletes, or retries

This is stacked on feat/quickbooks-06-documents and must not be merged before its parent.

Validation

• 16 accumulated QuickBooks/OAuth/serializer/redaction/route test files: 469 tests passed locally
• independent GPT-5.6 Sol max review against staging: clean approval after five findings were fixed
• reviewer verification: 296 QuickBooks tests passed
• full TypeScript type-check
• tool metadata check (4,413 tools)
• API validation (1,006/1,006 routes)
• bare-icon and client-boundary checks
• format and lint checks (only two existing unrelated terminal-session warnings)

Notes

• no live Intuit sandbox calls were made by the implementation/review agents
