ellmercodex v0.1.3 is an experimental prerelease targeting ellmer 0.4.2 exactly.

Highlights:

• One version-gated compatibility seam backed by ellmer's Chat lifecycle.
• Public Chat methods for normal, streaming, async, structured, rich-content, tool-calling, cancellation, cloning, history, echo, usage, cost, duration, and finish metadata.
• Clone-safe credentials with refresh-token rotation and persistent updates across request paths.
• Ordered conversion of text, tool calls, images, PDFs, reasoning, terminal output, and unknown content.

Known blockers:

• ellmer parallel/batch helpers are explicitly unavailable because the Codex subscription transport is stream-only and has no compatible OpenAI Batch API.
• The transport is undocumented and uses an isolated private ellmer compatibility seam.
• The full regression suite, R CMD check, and live API checks were not run for this release.
