Maintenance release answering the community scorecard for 0.1.3. Gallery syntax and behavior are unchanged.

• The stylesheet no longer uses !important. Rules that had to outrank a theme now do so through selector specificity, and the cursor shown during a resize drag comes from a single --og-cursor variable.

• The buttons over the media fade in and out with the overlay that holds them, so hovering one now brightens it as the other gallery buttons do.

• The build marks Node builtins external through node:module instead of the builtin-modules package, which is no longer a dependency.

• Release assets are built, tested, and signed on GitHub Actions, so they carry artifact attestations:

Obsidian DOM helpers, declarative settings, and slide display fixes.

• The gallery DOM is built with Obsidian's createEl, createDiv, and createSpan helpers instead of document.createElement.
• The settings tab declares its setting through getSettingDefinitions(), so the caption folder appears in the settings search of Obsidian 1.13 and newer. Older versions keep the imperative tab.
• Showing a slide applies its stored rotation and crop without the transition, so the media no longer zooms or spins into place after the caption note loads.
• Cmd/Ctrl-click on the caption note button opens the note in a new tab; the split and new-window modifiers work like on links.

Rotation and caption storage fixes.

• Media with a panned crop now rotates around the viewport center; zoom still scales around the crop focus.
• The rotate transition always turns clockwise, including the step from 270 back to 0.
• Drag and WASD crop panning follow the screen after a quarter turn.
• Caption note paths are resolved case-insensitively against existing vault folders, so a gallery id that changed case keeps its caption notes and rotation no longer fails silently.
• Failed caption writes show a notice and roll the change back instead of leaving the gallery out of sync.
