Fixed

• The map could stop following the phone after a single invalid reading from the orientation
  sensors, staying frozen until the app was sent to the background. Invalid readings are now
  dropped before smoothing, and the smoothing filter restarts if its output ever goes bad.

Added

• A Map section in Diagnostics showing whether the map is following the sensors or in manual
  mode, how long ago it last received an orientation, how many sensor readings were rejected, and
  the app's lifecycle state. The Gyro row now shows which sensors are actually in use rather than
  the setting, and reads "None" on devices with no usable orientation sensors. (#1110)
