Repository navigation
3.1.1
- Pairing this vault again after reinstalling the plugin still takes the earlier pairing's place — now recognized by a random ID kept in Obsidian's local storage for this vault, not by reading your computer's name, user name or hardware.
- The README says when the plugin looks at note front matter (only when an item comes back a second time) and that it only ever writes the pairing code to the clipboard.
- Release files are attested:
gh attestation verify main.js --repo smart-kits/dropit-obsidian.
If you paired with 3.1.0 and later reinstall the plugin, that one re-pairing may take a new device slot; remove the old entry under Settings → dropit → Devices.
Community plugins → Browse → dropit, or put main.js, manifest.json and styles.css into .obsidian/plugins/dropit/ (dropit-obsidian.zip holds the three).
