Catching emails on staging servers

How do I capture emails sent by my staging server for review by our team or the client?

The SmartLogic cloud server Borg can set up a MailHog service to capture email sent by a server.

The Borg config is managed by Ansible with each projects set up, and auth managed in the second hash.

Be sure to add the ports and ips of the servers sending to the firewall config

Each project should set up its own subdomain for capture.
