Manually update the podcast feed

How do I get the site to re-pull from Fireside when I need to make an update after an episode is live or otherwise between automatic updates?

Note: Automatic updates are triggered when a new episode is published.

From the site root directory, the command is:

ruby _scripts/podcasts.rb

Don't forget to pull from master first or you may get an unhelpful error about the YAML file not existing.
