Reframes AI Posture as a supporting framework for reasoning about combined AI readiness, following the September 22, 2026 portfolio decision. AI Posture is no longer treated as a standalone product.
- Homepage, assessment, papers, llms.txt, and spec-page metadata now lead with the framework and no longer describe a unified governance or maturity score. The homepage's primary action now reads the framework.
- The pre-assessment is labelled an experimental estimator, with a caveat that its likelihood tables are expert-elicited and uncalibrated.
- The papers page dates the June 2026 whitepaper as the original design rationale.
- The privacy page now states that analytics loads only on the pre-assessment page. No change to the data collected.
- Adds a non-normative worked example applying the framework to the steward declaration.
- Aligns repository docs, including INTENT v0.2.0 with its Operating posture and Reopen criteria.
- Specification remains v1.1.1. No scoring, rubric, schema, criteria, steward declaration, or assistant guide changes.
Validation: build and 118 tests passed; the GitHub Pages deploy succeeded, and the live homepage shows the new copy. Browser visual/accessibility review remains unverified.
