Go/Python IDL emitters, CLI-backed language SDKs, integration outputs, and
Stripe Projects plan reuse.

Changed

• Stack IDL (stackless.stack-idl/v1) no longer embeds per-language idents.
  Naming is computed at emit time. Regenerating checked-in .idl.json files
  updates fingerprints once; further languages do not churn the IDL.
• stackless bind accepts repeatable --emit LANG=PATH for rust,
  typescript, go, and python (aliases rs, ts, py). --rs / --ts
  remain. Go package name defaults to stacklessbind (--go-package).
• Emit registry is a typed EmitTarget enum (Go package lives on the Go
  variant). Verify tier keys must be DNS-safe, matching service names.

Added

• Go and Python typed binding emitters (origins bags / verify tiers), matching
  the existing Rust and TypeScript projections.
• Integration outputs on the stack IDL and language projections
  (bindIntegrations / typed bags), plus UpOutcome credentials from CLI
  JSON checkpoints.
• CLI-backed TypeScript, Python, and Go SDKs under sdks/ that shell

Fixed

• Reject non-DNS-safe verify tier keys before IDL compile/emit (closes Go
  const injection via crafted tier names). Reject Go keyword --go-package
  values.
• Stripe Projects parent-plan ensure reuses existing plans/services by
  provider-scoped name or sole catalog service_id match (avoids HTTP 500
  from re-add on orphan clerk/hobby plans), then env-attaches and tracks
  the resolved local name for vault keys and teardown.
• stackless package build.rs skips the workspace hello fixture IDL when
  absent so crates.io tarball verification succeeds.

Fixed

• Client::system() resolves the operator daemon to the installed stackless
  CLI (STACKLESS_BIN → PATH → well-known install dirs), never the linking
  consumer binary. Version handshake only kill-and-replaces when the process
  is the CLI itself, so third-party SDK callers cannot thrash a healthy
  daemon. Clarifying break if anything relied on “my binary is the daemon”
  (unintentional).
• Empty Stripe instance env pull (PROJECT_ENVIRONMENT_HAS_NO_RESOURCES) is
  a soft success on startup vault sync so Clerk stacks survive down → up
  without hand-seeded project variables.
• Clerk credential blob resolution accepts resource-prefixed env keys
  (e.g. E2E_CLERK_ENVIRONMENTS) before provider-prefixed fallbacks.
