What Problem This Solves
The full-application QA campaign needed one durable record tying every coverage lane, reproduced defect, repair, stress result, expansion decision, and cleanup action to reviewable evidence.
Why This Change Was Made
This report preserves the canonical campaign state, generated Markdown, and sanitized evidence together. It records all 12 completed lanes, nine verified defects, the actual three-pass expansion matrix, bounded stress results, repair PR heads, combined validation, and the explicit retry that closed the API and access-boundary lanes.
User Impact
Reviewers can assess the repair campaign from one durable report. The discovery target of 100 guided exploration without acting as a quota. The campaign found and verified nine unique defects, then stopped at its configured three-pass expansion budget with remaining platform, provider, assistive-technology, and sustained-load gaps stated explicitly; it does not claim coverage exhaustion.
Evidence
2b474b7contains every reviewed code head. The full campaign run passed 803 pipeline tests, 460 CMS integration tests, 28 API and GraphQL HTTP checks, 9 signed-webhook HTTP checks, typecheck, lint, and production build; the review-updated head also passed focused schema integration 9/9 and Chromium 16/16.56c0731.
