Fluent Scrobbler v0.2.0-beta introduces new desktop integration capabilities and significant performance improvements. This update focuses on enhancing navigation speed, refining visual consistency, and resolving critical issues related to API communication and theme persistence.

New Features

• System Tray Integration: Users can now monitor scrobble status and essential information directly from the system tray with a native mini icon, allowing the app to run seamlessly in the background without cluttering the taskbar.
• Page Caching System: Implemented an internal page caching mechanism to deliver faster page transitions and a substantially smoother navigation experience across the application.

Bugs Fixeds

• Last.fm API Latency: Fixed performance bottlenecks and slowness associated with Last.fm API requests, resulting in significantly faster data retrieval and UI updates.
• Incorrect Cover Art: Resolved an issue where scrobbles displayed incorrect album cover images, ensuring accurate artwork rendering across the interface.
• Theme Persistence & Dark/Light Mode Fixes: Addressed bugs related to theme persistence where light and dark mode preferences were not properly saved or applied upon application restart.
