Libby app 0.1.0

Self-contained AppLoad app: rmweb 0.9.7 plus this fork's Libby changes, in one folder. A separate rmweb install is not needed.

Tested on: one reMarkable Paper Pro Move, OS 3.27.3. Nothing else.

Needs: developer mode, XOVI and AppLoad already installed, a library card.

Install (tablet on USB):

ssh root@10.11.99.1 'tar -C /home/root/xovi/exthome/appload -xzf -' < libby-0.1.0.tar.gz

Then restart xochitl through XOVI so AppLoad shows the Libby icon.

Or install with Vellum / reManager (not in Vellum's official index, so from a file):

scp libby-reader-0.1.0-r0.apk root@10.11.99.1:/home/root/
ssh root@10.11.99.1 '/home/root/.vellum/bin/vellum add --allow-untrusted /home/root/libby-reader-0.1.0-r0.apk'

TLS: Libby will not connect until you turn on the opt-in TLS option. Read docs/tls.md first; it explains what changes.
