CSV Preflight v0.4.1 — corrected standalone CLI

Corrects the free CLI distribution so the downloaded cli.mjs is truly self-contained and runs without a companion file. It also resolves the executable path through symlinked directories such as macOS /tmp. Live-download execution was verified on the published messy CSV fixture.
