0.5.1 — Audio output delay fine input

Adds a fine-grained audio output delay input alongside the slider.

Home Assistant number entities can only be a slider or a text box, so this release exposes the single audioOutputDelay setting as two entities that stay in sync:

• Audio Output Delay — coarse slider, 10 ms steps (unchanged)
• Audio Output Delay (Fine) — text input, 1 ms steps, for exact +1/−1 tuning

Use the slider to get close, then the fine input to nail the exact value. Same setting, same port-80 StreamSDK API, persists across power cycles.
