Windows x64 application build for v0.2.0.

Extract the ZIP, run Get-Tools.ps1 in PowerShell 7 to fetch the required tools, then open ClearFrame.exe. Third-party executables are downloaded separately from pinned upstream releases. SHA-256 verification is included.

Requires .NET Framework 4.7.2+. This build is unsigned.
