• Fix Matariki dates shifting with the current time of day, and ensure the holiday is included in single-day date ranges. Thanks to @FoxbyteMB for #345.
• Add regression coverage across morning/evening times and UTC, Auckland, and Los Angeles timezones, with isolated test state.

Development

• Require Pest 5.3.3 while retaining PHP 8.4 and 8.5 test coverage.

No breaking changes. This bugfix release intentionally excludes the unrelated Greece country-code change currently on main.
