Create a cryptographic algorithm as example including every property

Background

As agreed during SPDX Cryptography Meeting 2025-09-10 we will create a cryptographic algorithm as example including all possible properties to help users and contributors to understand how the properties work and how to contribute information and new properties.

Rationale

To make the List easier to understand a made up algorithm including all the properties with values would help

Description

The example should include:

• A made up algorithm
• Include all properties
• Include values for every property
• Include links to the most relevant elements of the list: algorithms and properties description file

Actions

• Create a content draft of the file
• Discuss the draft during a meeting
• When agreed, create a PR
• Review and merge the PR

DoD

• Link to the draft: Add CONTRIBUTING.md to the repo #31 (comment)
• Approved within the meeting, until we create our own mailing list
• Link to the PR: contributing.md file including the contribution instructions #37
