Updates the LearnOpenCV SAM-3 companion to Meta SAM 3.1 Object Multiplex.
Highlights:
- stateful start/add-prompt/propagate/close video lifecycle
- streamed OpenCV rendering with stable object IDs and bounded mask memory
- source-audio preservation without short-audio video truncation
- compatibility guard for the current upstream multiplex start-session mismatch
- refreshed tutorial notebook and Python 3.12 dependency pin
- 10 deterministic tests, validated in the release archive
The archive is reproducibly built from merge commit d19e6de. Full gated-checkpoint accuracy and throughput still require compatible CUDA hardware and are not claimed by the CPU-only contract tests.
