Development prerelease based on the API-key-first setup and unified five Meta Tool Skill migration.

  • Runtime API key configuration for the selected development environment; no proactive OAuth.
  • Bounded installation verification: authoritative identity check and configured MCP service health check.
  • Generic migration guidance for existing OAuth-backed entries with duplicate prevention and redaction.
  • Four Domain Skills migrated to the unified Meta Tools with regenerated Cursor and WorkBuddy mirrors.
  • Production installation and production identity remain unchanged.

This release is for development testing only. Complete the API key installation flow from INSTALL.dev.md before functional testing.
