Highlights

  • Fixes known vulnerabilities in dependencies (#371), including software.sslmate.com/src/go-pkcs12 (GO-2026-5052) and golang.org/x/text (GO-2026-5970). The binaries are also built with Go 1.27.1 (v1.18.0 used Go 1.26.2), which brings Go standard library security fixes.
  • certigo --version now prints the release version (#372). v1.18.0 printed 1.17.1.
  • For packagers: the version now comes from Go build info. A build from a source tarball has no git metadata, so it prints (devel). Set the version with -ldflags "-X github.com/square/certigo/cli.version=1.18.1".
