Breaking Changes

• Removed macbox claude and macbox codex subcommands. Agent is now resolved internally from: preset config > macbox.json defaults.agent > project defaultAgent > auto-detect.
• Removed --agent flag from all commands (workspace, sessions, project, skills, ralph).
• --prompt or --ralph is now mandatory. Bare macbox (no flags) shows help instead of launching interactive mode.

Fix: interactive mode blank screen

macbox claude (without --prompt) was showing a blank screen because the CLI always passed -p (pipe mode) to Claude, making it wait silently for stdin input.

Changes

• Interactive mode works: bare macbox or macbox claude now launches Claude's interactive TUI
• Pipe mode via --prompt: macbox --prompt "text" uses pipe mode as before
• -p rejected: macbox -p now shows a clear error pointing to --prompt
• Updated help text and docs: usage examples lead with interactive mode, document both modes
