Breaking Changes

• Removed macbox claude and macbox codex subcommands. Agent is now resolved internally from: preset config > macbox.json defaults.agent > project defaultAgent > auto-detect.
• Removed --agent flag from all commands (workspace, sessions, project, skills, ralph).
• --prompt or --ralph is now mandatory. Bare macbox (no flags) shows help instead of launching interactive mode.

Migration

Before:

macbox claude --prompt "fix the build"
macbox codex --prompt "refactor auth"
macbox claude --preset fullstack-typescript

After:

macbox --prompt "fix the build"
macbox --prompt "refactor auth"
macbox --preset fullstack-typescript --prompt "add dark mode"

Agent resolution chain:

1. --preset <name> CLI flag (preset's agent field)
2. macbox.json defaults.preset (default preset's agent field)
3. macbox.json defaults.agent (explicit agent name)
4. Project's defaultAgent field
5. Auto-detect: prefer Claude if both available
