Patch release: lowers the supported Python floor to 3.10 (was 3.13), so pip install hearcode now works on Python 3.10–3.13 without an interpreter-version error. Verified compile + import + runtime smoke on all four. No behavior changes.

Install: uv tool install hearcode (or pipx install hearcode), then hearcode init.
