Nuxt UTM 0.3.0 adds APIs for retaining campaign information in the browser and attaching it to a later form submission.

• Use capture() to record a visit explicitly and getAttribution() to retrieve first-touch, last-touch, and retained history.
• Limit retained history with maxAge and maxEntries, enable capture on route changes, or capture campaign visits only.
• Preserve tracking controls when asynchronous hooks are pending and handle unavailable or invalid browser storage.
• Consume complete public TypeScript declarations from the published package.
• Follow updated README examples for statically generated sites and application-managed backend submissions.
• Develop with pnpm and updated dependencies. CI tests Node 22, 24, and 26, plus packaged static-site consumers on Nuxt 3 and 4.
