[6.x] Can't submit login form with ENTER key when focus is on checkbox

Bug description

Can't submit login form with ENTER key when focus is on the Remember me checkbox.

This works on Statamic v5.

This is probably an accessibility issue too I'd imagine.

How to reproduce

Install v6 alpha.
Go to CP login screen.
Enter your login details.
Tab to Remember me checkbox.
Press ENTER.
Nothing happens.

I suspect this is because the checkbox is actually a button with a hidden input in it (which seems like a very strange pattern a11y wise). So when the checkbox (that actually is a button) gets focus, you can't use enter anymore to submit the form, you basically click the button that is abused for a checkbox.
