[6.x] Renamed CP nav items keep their original name in breadcrumbs

Bug description

If you rename CP nav items they keep their original names in the top bar and in the dropdown of the top bar. For better clarity, it would be helpful if the renamed name was also displayed there, instead of the original one (e.g. ‘Assets’ in the example).
