Command Palette unexpected item gets focus

Bug description

I've noticed at times that when I search for the title of an entry it might take a little while for the results to come back. That is fine. However, in those cases, hits that make way less sense pop up and get focus. See here:

I search for an entry called Process, it pops up a little later, but meanwhile some fieldsets that probably shouldn't match in this case get found as well and they remain in focus. So if I were to hit enter I'd end up on a testimonial fieldset.

I suspect the delay here might because the content index got a bit bigger as this site is a WIP.

How to reproduce

Feel free to DM for repo access so you can see for yourself. I'm not sure how to reproduce. I'd guess:

• Have an index that is not super tiny so content results don't pop up instantly.
• Search for content that also matches other stuff, like fieldsets.

Yeah that's kinda up for debate. I think it might be more jarring if you're focused on an option then when the results load your focus switches to a search result.

Yeah, I agree, definitely debatable. But in this case the secondary results are probably never what you want. Maybe those shouldn't show up at all?

I keep switching between a fieldset and this entry called Process, but the entry doesn't get added it to the localStorage in statamic.command-palette.recent so the problem persists. Recent searches show up instantly which would make this issue go away. So this might be another semi-related issue.
