Set picker search doesn't search instructions #13725

Bug description
The search field in the replicator/bard set picker only searches for set display titles, but not their instructions. This could be really helpful, especially when you have lots of sets.
Promises is a word I use in a set instruction.
How to reproduce
Search for instructions in the replicator/bard set picker.
