Image cropping shows old image initially when you replace the original

When you crop an image and replace the original, you see the old uncropped image initially. It requires a refresh to see the new version.

How to reproduce

1. Crop image
2. Replace original
3. See the uncropped version
4. Refresh / close re-open image
5. See new image
