Create fieldset/collection/taxonomy/etc handle generation does not remove hyphens surrounded by spaces

Bug description

When creating a fieldset/collection/taxonomy it would be nice to be able to use hyphens in the title and not get this weird behavior:

How to reproduce

1. Create a fieldset/collection/taxonomy
2. Type a title that contains a hyphen in it like "Block - CTA"
3. The handle defaults to a weird syntax "block_-_cta"
