[6.x] Fix date time overflow

Description of the Problem

Playing with date ranges and the new timezone badge, I noticed there are some overflow issues, like here:

What this PR Does

• Fixes overflow and adds some buffer spacing in case the date range butts (hehe) up against the timezone badge
• Fixes timezone badge colors, which didn't have high enough specificity
