0.0.1-beta.4 - New Otel Initialization method

⚠️ Breaking Changes

• Removed StatsigAIOptions, which previously included the enableDefaultOtel option. Use initializeTracing() instead to configure tracing.
• Removed the sdkKey requirement from StatsigAttachConfig when creating StatsigAI instance.

New Features

• Adds Statsig event logging for completion events
• Adds higher order component to add StatsigUser to Statsig events and spans
• Adds higher order component to add prompt names and version to spans and events

Improvements

• Improves the way that OTel tracing is setup and initialized
